About Life Planted Here:
Hi friend. My name is Chelsie. Welcome to Life Planted Here. This space was created in hopes to encourage you to bloom where you are planted. Blooming where you are planted is not an easy road to take but it’s never too late to do. I want to see you flourish and thrive in the light of God’s presence and watch as you take ownership in where you are at. Who knows what kind of beauty this will reveal to the world when you do. Just like a seed, we have to start by pressing into the soil, begin to grow our roots, and wait for something beautiful to take place. I am learning how to do this every day. Will you join me?
What you can expect at Life Planted Here are weekly posts closely related to blooming where you are planted in the day to day. Join me as we discover topics like motherhood, marriage, faith, community, friendship, church planting, encouragement for the heart, and adoption. I want you to be the first to see when they are published so make sure to SUBSCRIBE below and follow along for updates, weekly encouragement and freebies from time to time.
What are you waiting for? Sign up HERE and let’s bloom together!
About Chelsie & her crew:
I am married to my best friend Robbie and together we have two boys, Makai and Josiah. When I am alone you can find me at a local coffee shop with a book in hand or writing my next blog post. I am smitten over mountain views, passionate about black coffee, and I’m obsessed with purple glasses.
My husband and I have been involved in ministry for almost a decade now and we love this calling. Our little family moved to Asheville, NC with an amazing team to plant a church just a little over a year ago. We left our hometown in Charleston, SC to pursue this crazy (I mean CRAZY) calling that God lead us to a few years prior. So far it’s been a wild ride. One that I wasn’t prepared for, still learning from, and completely in the thick of. I am growing here, establishing my roots, and learning to bloom where God has planted us.
I have always loved writing ever since I was a little girl. I used to write with a few girls for a blog awhile back and then I took a long break. I am realizing that my desire to write is a part of who I am and it’s fills me up! My desire is to learn from others as I hone in on this craft of writing. Every time I write I think of you. I admire authenticity in what I read and write. And I love encouraging people wherever they are at.
I would love to connect more with you. You can comment, ask questions, find me through my social media links, or email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
I am so glad you stopped by and I hope you stick around!
